I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for ALA. 

When we scoped out our project’s audio requirements, we had a definite vision in mind.  Tony and his team not only met our vision but, helped us enhance the value to our customers without spending any more time or money on the project.

As the audio contractor for the Bell Sensplex project, ALA met every milestone that we set, and a few that we created on the fly. The system was installed on time, on budget, and met all of our requirements.

What’s more, Tony took extra effort to ensure we were comfortable with the system, its configuration and delivery capabilities.  He took me to tour a couple of his previous installations and walked me through all aspects of each installation.  He also set up a sample demo, at a similar facility to ours, as a means to demonstrate different models and locations of speakers, which was very much above and beyond the call of duty yet very much appreciated. 

Tony and his ALA team brought a true sense of “partnership” to our project.  He really did think of us, our facility and our customers, when making recommendations and supporting key decisions.

Lastly, if you haven’t met Tony yet, when you do meet him, you will find his enthusiasm is infectious and he is an absolute delight to work with. 

We were pleased to have him and his staff on our team and I would unhesitatingly recommend his company for any future projects.
